8.5. Calendars 5 does not sync via iCloud

When Calendars 5 is set up to sync through iCloud, the native iOS calendar is used as a mediator.

Thus, if you've experienced a sync issue, launch the iOS calendar app and check if it is up-to-date.

If so, please follow the steps below to improve sync stability:

  1. Go to iOS Settings 
  2. Tap Accounts&Passwords
  3. Tap Fetch new data 
  4. Set Push for every 15 minutes

If your previous events are missing, please follow next steps:

  1. Go to iOS Settings  
  2. Tap Calendar
  3. Tap Sync
  4. Select All events
