3.14. Email is not displayed correctly

If you are having trouble viewing an email (links don't work, attachment is not displayed, etc.), please keep Detailed logging enabled in the app Settings > Support. Then open the email > tap Action button > Tools > Re-parse.

If re-parsing doesn’t do the trick and the message looks corrupted in Spark app only, open Actions menu > Tools > select Send Message data. Add rdsupport@readdle.com as a recipient.
