3.12. Email is not displayed correctly

If you are having trouble viewing an email (links don't work, attachment is not displayed, etc.), please do the following: 

  • Open Spark Preferences and enable Detailed Logging.
  • Open the problematic email > select  the button "..." > Tools > Re-parse

In case the email is still not displayed correctly, please open the email > select the button "..." > Tools > Send Message Data. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
