3.6. Cannot Send Emails

If you experience issues with sending emails, we recommend that you try a couple of tricks which might be helpful.

  1. Make sure that your Internet connection is stable and you have a strong signal. If you are connected to Wi-Fi, please try connecting to another Wi-Fi to see if it solves the issue.
    When you send a message, please don’t immediately quit the app. Spark supports Undo Sending which is available for 5 seconds, and the app will send the message only after this delay.  

If your email is stuck in Outbox and the solutions above don’t work, please contact our support team and provide the Detailed Logs from the app which will speed up the investigation:

  1. Open Spark Preferences > enable Detailed Logging.
  2. Try sending the message one more time.
  3. Open Help > Send Feedback.
  4. In your email subject describe the issue and specify the email account from which you are trying to send emails and the email subject of the message which can’t be sent.
